| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药灌肠对慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗作用.方法将60例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组予中药灌肠治疗,对照组予柳胺磺胺嘧啶、思密达灌肠治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后的疗效.结果患者经2个疗程治疗后,治疗组临床治愈15例,显效10例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率96.7%;对照组临床治愈10例,显效6例有效9例,无效5例,总有效率83.3%.2组疗效比较,有显著差异性(p＜0.05).结论中药灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎近期疗效高,具有简便、安全、副作用少等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of clysis with Chinese Traditional Medicine in the treatment of chronical ulcerative colitis. Methods:60 cases with chronical ulcerative colitis were divided into two groups randomly, with one group treating with Chinese Traditional Medicine, while sulfonamide were administrated as control,the clinical efficacy of before and after use were compared. Results:after 2 courses of administration, 15 cases in treating group were healed,the total effective rate was 96.7%, while 10 cases in control were healed, the total effective rate was 83.3%, there was significant difference between two groups(p<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical efficacy of clysis with Chinese Traditional Medicine in the treatment of chronical ulcerative colitis is good and well-guaranteed. |
