| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超选择支气管动脉栓塞术治疗肺结核合并大咯血的护理方法。方法:对43例肺结核合并大咯血行超选择支气管动脉栓塞术治疗患者加强围手术期护理。结果:患者即时止血率达100%,术后2例复发少量咯血,经保守治疗后咯血停止,未发生严重并发症,总有效率达95.3%.结论:术前做好充分准备,术后密切观察病情是提高手术成功率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore methods of nursing care in the treatment of hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis by superselective bronchial artery embolization. Methods: Nursing care in the peri-operative period was strengthened in the treatment of 43 patients with hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis by superselective bronchial artery embolization. Results: The rate of hemostasis in patients reached 100%, two patients had little emptysis and was cured by conservative treatment without any severe complication. The total effective rate was 95.3%. Conclusion: Full preoperative preparation and close postoperative observation are very important in ensuring the success of operation. |
