改良8＋X法经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺的临床研究

目的探讨经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺的最佳方案。方法对36例临床肛门指检、前列腺特异抗原及经直肠超声三项检查之一异常者行超声引导下穿刺活检，穿刺方法为改良8＋X法。结果19例前列腺癌，1例低分化平滑肌肉瘤，12例前列腺增生，4例前列腺增生伴上皮内瘤变。结论8＋X改良法经直肠前列腺穿刺活检可提高前列腺癌的检出率，是前列腺癌诊断的优异方法，值得在临床推广使用。

Clinical research of transrectal ultrasound prostate biopsy with improvement process of 8 + X

Objective To explore the best option of prostate transrectal ultrasound-guided puncture.Methods 36 patients with anal examination, prostate specific antigen and transrectal ultrasound examination, we do ultrasound-guided needle biopsy if one of the them is abnormal. The puncture method is the improved 8 X.Results 19 patients with prostate cancer, one case of poorly differentiated leiomyosarcoma, 12 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia, four cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia with intraepithelial neoplasia.Conclusion 8 X modified method transrectal prostate biopsy can increase the positive rate of prostate cancer. It is a good way for the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
