| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合护理干预对先天性心脏病介入手术患者术前焦虑的影响。方法:将符合入组标准的60例拟实施介入手术的患者按照纳入顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规术前健康教育,实验组在常规术前健康教育的基础上,运用护理程序给予针对性的综合护理干预。干预前后以焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别对两组患者进行测试,并记录血压、心率的变化。结果:两组患者干预前心理、生理指标比较均无统计学意义(P0.05),实验组干预后焦虑水平和收缩压与对照组比较差异有显著性(P0.01,P0.05),而舒张压和心率与对照组比较无明显变化(P0.05)。结论:综合护理干预较常规术前健康教育计划性、针对性、系统性强,使患者能够采取有效的应对方式,这对降低或解除患者术前焦虑有积极的意义,有利于手术顺利进行和术后康复。
