| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究香青Anaphalissinica的化学成分。 方法 :采用柱色谱和光谱分析法分离和鉴定化学成分。结果 :分离并鉴定了 6个黄酮类化合物 ,山柰酚 (kaempferol,Ⅰ ) ,3-O-β-D吡喃葡萄糖-(6-O-香豆酰基 )-山柰素苷(tiliroside ,Ⅱ ) ,槲皮素 (quercetin ,Ⅲ ) ,槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 (quercetin-3-O-β-D- glucosides,Ⅳ ) ,黄芩苷(scutellarin ,Ⅴ ) ,5 ,7 二羟基-8-甲氧基黄酮 (5 ,7 dihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone,Ⅵ )和 1个吡喃酮化合物helipyrone(Ⅶ )。结论 :所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of Anaphalis sinica. METHOD: Various chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis. RESULT: Six flavonoid compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol, tiliroside, quercetin, quercetin -3-O-beta-D-glucosides, scutellarin, 5,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone and one pyrone were isolated and identified as helipyrone. CONCLUSION: All of these compounds was isolated from the plant for the first time. |
