短暂性脑缺血发作患者血清LPA、IL、神经功能指标及甲襞微循环的变化

目的：研究短暂性脑缺血发作患者血清溶血磷脂酸（LPA）、白细胞介素（IL）、神经功能指标及甲襞微循环的变化。方法：选取2011年4月~2013年10月本院收治的68例短暂性脑缺血发作患者为观察组,并以同期的68例同龄健康人为对照组,比较两组血清LPA、IL、神经功能指标及甲襞微循环指标,同时比较观察组患者不同发作频率和发作持续时间者的上述统计指标。结果：观察组血清LPA、IL、神经功能指标均高于对照组,而甲襞微循环指标均差于对照组,且其中发作频率较高及持续时间较长者的血清LPA、IL、神经功能指标均高于发作频率较低及持续时间较短者,甲襞微循环指标均差于发作频率较低及持续时间较短者,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论：短暂性脑缺血发作患者血清LPA、IL、神经功能指标及甲襞微循环呈现较差的状态,且不同发作频率和发作持续时间者之间的差异较大。

Change of serum LPA,IL,nerve function indexes and nailfold microcirculation of patients with transient ischemic attack

Objective： To study the change state of serum LPA, IL, nerve function indexes and nailfold microcirculation of patients with transient ischemic attack. Methods：A total of 68 patients with transient ischemic attack in our hospital from April 2011 to October 2013 were selected as the observation group,68 healthy patients with the same age at the same period as control group,then the serum LPA,IL, nerve function indexes and nailfold microcirculation indexes of two groups were compared,and those indexes of patients in observation group with different seizure frequency and duration of seizures were compared too. Results： The serum LPA,IL and nerve function indexes of observation group were all higher than those of control group, while the nailfold microcirculation indexes were all worse than those of control group,and the serum LPA,IL and nerve function indexes of patients in observation group with higher seizure frequency and longer duration of seizures were higher than those with lower seizure frequency and shorter duration seizures, the nailfold microcirculation indexes were worse than those with lower seizure frequency and shorter duration of seizures,all P〈0.05. Oonclusions： The serum LPA,IL, nerve function indexes and nailfold microcirculation of patients with transient ischemic attack is worse.
