血液净化对重症急性胰腺炎患者肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的影响

目的：探讨持续性血液净化对重症急性胰腺炎患者肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统（RAAS）及炎性指标的影响。方法：选取2010年6月～2013年2月于本院进行常规治疗的26例重症急性胰腺炎患者为对照组，同时期采用常规治疗加持续性血液净化治疗的26例患者为观察组，比较两组患者治疗前与治疗后1、3d血清RAAS及炎性指标。结果：观察组治疗后1、3d血清RAAS及炎性指标均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：持续性血液净化对重症急性胰腺炎患者RAAS及炎性指标的影响较为明显，可有效促进上述指标的改善。

Influence of continuous blood purification on RAAS and inflammatory indexes of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Objective： To study the influence of continuous blood purification on RAAS and inflammatory indexes of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods： 26 patients with severe acute pancreatitis and treated with routine treatment in our hospital from June 2010 to February 2013 were selected as control group, 26 cases treated with routine treatment and continuous blood purification at the same time as observation group,then the serum RAAS and inflammatory markers of two groups before the treatment and at first and third day after the treatment were compared. Results：The serum RAAS and inflammatory markers of observation group were all obviously lower than those of control group （all P〈0.05）, there were all significant differences. Conclusions：The influence of continuous blood purification for the RAAS and inflammatory indexes of patients with severe acute pancreatitis is obvious,and it can effectively promote the improvement of those indexes.
