| 摘 要： | 白茅根活性成分主要有白头翁素;有机酸类：棕榈酸、绿原酸、对羟基桂皮酸、草酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等;三萜类：印白茅素、白茅素、芦竹素、羊齿烯醇、西米杜鹃素、薏苡素等;甾醇类：菜油甾醇、豆甾醇等,糖类：多糖、葡萄糖、果糖和木糖等,白茅根具有止血、利尿、镇痛、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、降血压、保肝、调节机体免疫功能等药理作用,临床上在治疗肝炎、急性肾炎、肿瘤和血尿等方面具有可行性。

| Abstract: | Cogongrass rhizome has the function of hemostasis, diuretic, analgesic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, regulate immune function and other pharmacological, it is feasibility in the treatment of hepatitis, acute nephritis hematuria, tumors in the clinical application, the application in the future and therapeutic cogongrass rhizome in leukemia aspects will be the focus of the study. |
