中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：90例糖尿病肾病患者依按随机数字表法平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予控制血糖、降血压、降血脂等对症处理。治疗组在对照组基础上加用益肾养阴通络汤,每日1剂,每天2次,每次1袋,早晚饭后温服。2组均以30 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。观察2组临床疗效、血清尿素氮、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、24 h尿蛋白排泄率;餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、血清三酰甘油。结果：①2组临床疗效比较：治疗组45例,完全缓解12例,显效22例,有效7例,无效4例,有效率为91.11%。治对照组45例,完全缓解7例,显效11例,有效14例,无效13例,有效率为71.11%。2组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P=0.015）,治疗组明显优于对照组。②2组治疗后血清尿素氮、血肌酐、24小时尿蛋白排泄率水平均明显下降,内生肌酐清除率明显上升,且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。③2组治疗后餐后2小时血糖、空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、血清三酰甘油均有明显降低,且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效较好。

Clinical Studies of Diabetic Nephropathy Treated by Integrative Western and Chinese Medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of diabetic nephropathy. Methods ：90 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy according to press randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Control group was given control of blood glucose,blood pressure, cholesterol, and so symptomatic treatment. Treatment group with kidney and yin meridians soup in the control group, based on the daily one, made by the hospital preparation room 200 mL× 2 bags of bags of liquid ,2 times a day, each time a bag, early dinner after warm clothes. 2 groups were 30 d as a course of treatment, after three courses of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups, serum urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, creatinine clearance rate, 24-hour urinary protein excretion rate ; 2-hour postprandial glucose,fasting blood glucose, serum total cholesterol, serum triglycerides. Results： （1） compare the clinical efficacy of two groups： the treatment group of 45 patients, complete remission in 12 cases ,22 cases ,7 cases ,4 cases, the effective rate was 91.11%. Governance in the control group 45 cases, seven cases of complete remission, 11 cases markedly effective in 14 cases, 13 cases, the effective rate was 71.11%. Two groups have more efficient, the difference was statistically significant （ P = 0.015 ）, the treatment group than the control group. （2） 2 groups after treatment serum urea nitrogen, serum creatinine ,24-hour urinary protein excretion was significantly decreased endogenous creatinine clearance rate increased significantly, and the treatment group than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. （3） 2 groups after treatment postprandial hour glucose, fasting blood glucose, serum total cholesterol, serum triglycerides were significantly lower in the treatment group than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Integrative treatment of diabetic nephropathy better.
