黄芪注射液对老年高血压患者动脉弹性及RAAS指标的影响

目的：研究黄芪注射液对老年高血压患者动脉弹性及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统（RAAS）指标的影响。方法：将本院2012年6月-2013年5月收治的74例老年高血压患者随机分为对照组（常规高血压治疗组）37例和观察组（常规高血压治疗加黄芪注射液治疗组）37例,然后将两组治疗前与治疗后7、14d的动脉弹性相关指标及RAAS系统指标进行比较。结果：观察组治疗后7、14d的动脉弹性相关指标均明显优于对照组,而RAAS系统指标则均低于对照组常规高血压治疗后的检测水平,且其治疗后的检测水平均优于本组治疗前,两组治疗后的上述指标水平比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：黄芪注射液可改善老年高血压患者的血管功能状态及RAAS指标,因此对于疾病状态的改善具有更好的作用。

Study on the influence of astragalus injection for the arterial elasticity and RAAS indexes of elderly patients with hypertension

Objective： To analyze the influence of astragalus injection in improving the arterial elasticity and RAAS indexes of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods：A total of 74 elderly patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2013 were randomly divided into control group （routine hypertension treatment group, n=37 cases） and observation group（routine hypertension treatment and astragalus injection treatment group, n= 37 cases）. The arterial elasticity related indexes and RAAS indexes of two groups before undergoing the treatment and at seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment were compared. Results： The arterial elasticity related indexes of the observation group at seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment were all obviously better than those of the control group, while the RAAS indexes were significantly lower than those of the control group after routine hypertension treatment, and the detection levels after the treatment were all significantly better than those before the treatment （P all 〈0.05）. Significant difference in the above mentioned between the two groups were found after the treatment. Conclusion： The astragalus injection can significantly improve the vascular function state and RAAS indexes of elderly patients with hypertension indicating it has better effects on the disease.
