伤寒论评话：第29章 太阳发病分阴阳 表证寒热有五种——太阳病综述

①太阳病从整体上可以分为经证、腑证、兼证、类证和变证五大类,而太阳经证又分为寒证（伤寒、中风、风湿）,热证（温病、中暍）两大类。②寒热在骨髓,在皮肤,与真寒假热、真热假寒表现截然不同,其区别在于：寒热的概念不同;寒热的程度不同;寒热的范围不同;寒热的感觉不同。③发于阳、发于阴是指感受邪气的性质,也是患者最初始症状的发生因素。结合太阳表证的病证分类,发于阳是感受风热暑气,发于阴是感受风寒湿邪,是通过对疾病初起表证阶段的症状表现,反过去推测受邪性质,并将发病归结为两大类,这种病因和发病归类的方法,能够执简驭繁,提示我们,从发热恶寒的有无即可简单地判断所感受邪气的性质。
