骨疼静胶囊中三七皂苷的含量测定

目的：建立骨疼静胶囊中三七皂苷的高效液相含量测定方法。方法：以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,使用梯度洗脱系统,流动相为乙腈-水系统,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1。柱温为室温,检测波长为203 nm。结果：三七皂苷R1的线性范围为0.034-0.288 g·L^-1（r=0.9996）,平均回收率为99.70%（RSD为1.00%）;人参皂苷Rg1的线性范围为0.125-1.125 g·L^-1（r=0.999 8）,平均回收率为100.02%（RSD为1.31%）;人参皂苷Rb1的线性范围为0.107-0.963 g·L^-1（r=0.999 6）,平均回收率为100.35%（RSD为1.16%）。结论：该法测定骨疼静胶囊中三七皂苷的含量,操作简单、重复性好,可作为骨疼静胶囊的质量控制方法。

Results ： The linear range of three seven R1 to 0. 034 -0.288 mg · mL^-1 （r =0.999 6） ,the average recovery rate was 99.70% （ RSD 1% ） ;linear of ginsenoside Rgl for 0. 125 - 1. 125 g · L^-1 （r =0.999 8） ,the average recovery rate was 100.02% （ RSD 1.31% ） ;linear of ginsenoside Rbl for 0. 107 -0.963 g· L^-1 （r =0.999 6） ,the average recovery rate was 100.35% （ RSD 1.16% ）. Conclusion：The method for the determination of bone pain static content capsule three seven saponin, simple operation, good repeatability, quality control method can be used as bone pain static capsule.
