短节段椎弓根固定治疗胸腰段骨折术后的长期功能研究

目的：探讨短节段椎弓根固定治疗胸腰段骨折术后的长期功能。方法：回顾分析我院2006年9月至2010年9月胸、腰段骨折患者86例，均经短节段椎弓根固定术治疗。结果：内固定术后2例患者未恢复（2．4％），1例患者因为其他原因死亡（1．2％）。83例患者内固定术前平均Cobb角为（19．22±177;6．7）度，术后为第3天为（3．4±177;1．9）度，矫正角度最终丢失量为（6．2±177;2．6）度，术前伤椎前缘高度/正常高度比值为53．5±177;8．4，术后伤椎前缘高度/正常高度比值为89．6±177;3．9，术后伤椎前缘高度丢失量为7．6±177;5．1。结论：SSPI 手术治疗胸、腰椎段骨折效果良好，术后矫正角度丢失量小，术后患者恢复良好，对性生活、旅游及提物影响较大，大多数患者术后仍有中度的疼痛，应注重术后锻炼及心理辅导。

Long-term Functional Results after Short-segment Pedicle Fixation of Patients with Thoracolumbar Fractures

Objective：To investigate the long-term function of short segment pedicle fixation in treating thoracolumbar fracture .Method：Retrospectively analysed 86 thoracic lumbar fractures patients in our hospi-tal from Sep.2006 to Sep.2010,all patients were treated with short segment pedicle fixation .Result：After internal fixation , 2 patients did not recover （ 2.4%） , 1 patient died because of other causes .83 patients with internal fixation of average Cobb angle was （19.22 ＆#177;6.7） ℃, third days after operation was （3.4 ＆#177;1.9）℃, corrective angle eventually lose weight was （ 6.2 ＆#177;2.6） ℃.Preoperative anterior vertebral height and normal height ratio was 53.5 ＆#177;8.4, postoperative anterior vertebral height and normal height ratio was 89.6 ＆#177; 3.9, postoperative anterior vertebral height loss was 7.6 ＆#177;5.1.Conclusion：SSPI treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture operation is good effect , with postoperative loss of corrective angle less , who recovered well after the operation .
