基于现代名老中医经验的喘病证素分布规律初步研究

目的：探讨喘病证候要素分布及组合规律,为喘病的证候分布规律提供依据。方法：基于前期建立的《现代名老中医肺病数据库》和《现代期刊肺病数据库》,采用计算机检索方法,建立相应数据库,运用SPSS 18.0统计软件包进行频次、频数的统计描述。结果：喘病的病性证素有13种,主要以痰、热、气虚、寒和风为主,其累计构成比为77.00%;病位证素以肺和肾为主,其累计构成比为79.47%。病性证素组合形式以单一病性证素和二病性证素组合为主,其构成比依次为64.48%、31.42%。病性证素与病位证素组合中,单一病性证素以气虚、痰、阳虚、热为主,作用病位在肺、肾或肺肾。二病性证素以痰热、风寒、风热、痰饮为主,作用病位主要为肺。结论：喘病单一病性证素以气虚、痰、阳虚、热为主,二病性证素以痰热、风寒、风热、痰饮为主,病位在肺、肾或肺肾而以肺为主。
