冠心病心绞痛患者血清HCY、MCSF、UA、血小板相关指标及微量元素的变化

目的：观察冠心病心绞痛患者血清同型半胱氨酸（HCY）、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（MCSF）、尿酸（UA）、血小板相关指标及微量元素的变化状态。方法：选取本院收治的58例冠心病心绞痛患者为观察组,同期58例体检示健康人员作为对照组,然后将两组的血清HCY、MCSF、UA、血小板相关指标及微量元素水平进行检测与比较,并比较不同分型与病变血管支数患者的检测水平。结果：观察组的血小板相关指标及血清HCY、MCSF、UA、Zn、Fe均高于对照组,而血清Mn则低于对照组,且不稳定型心绞痛及病变血管支数较多者的血清血小板相关指标及HCY、MCSF、UA、Zn、Fe均高于稳定型心绞痛及病变血管支数较少者,而血清Mn则低于稳定型心绞痛及病变血管支数较少者,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：冠心病心绞痛患者血清HCY、MCSF、UA、血小板相关指标及微量元素的变化较大,且其异常程度受疾病分型与病变血管支数的影响较大。

Changes of serum HCY,MCSF,UA,platelet related indexes and trace elements in patients with angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease

Objective： To observe the changes of serum HCY, MCSF, UA, platelet related indexes and trace elements of patients with angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease. Methods：A total of 58 patients with angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease in our hospital were enrolled as observation group, 58 healthy persons were enrolled as control group,then the serum HCY, MCSF, UA, platelet related indexes and trace elements of two groups were detected and compared,levels of these parameters were compared among patients with different types and different number of diseased vessels. Results：The platelet related indexes and serum HCY, MCSF, UA, Zn, Fe of the study group were all higher than those of control group,while the serum Mn were all lower than those of control group, and the platelet related indexes and serum HCY,MCSF,UA,Zn,Fe of patients with unstable angina pectoris and more diseased vessels were all higher than those of patients with stable angina pectoris and less diseased vessels, the serum Mn were all lower than those of patients with stable angina pectoris and less diseased vessels （P all〈0.05）. Conclusion： The change of serum HCY,MCSF, UA,platelet related indexes and trace elements of patients with angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease are great,and the severity are affected by the disease types and number of diseased vessels.
