临床护理路径预防产后出血及尿潴留的效果观察

目的：探讨临床护理路径预防产后出血及尿潴留的效果，提高产科护理质量。方法：选择100例孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组实施临床护理路径，对照组实施常规护理，比较二者产后出血及尿潴留情况。结果：观察组产妇产后2 h及24 h出血量均低于对照组产妇，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组产妇产后出血及尿潴留发生率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：临床护理路径可有效预防产妇产后出血及尿潴留的发生，使产妇获得最佳的护理服务，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Preventive Effects of Clinical Care Pathway on Postpartum Hemorrhage and Urinary Retention

Objective：To investigate the preventive effect of clinical care pathway on postpartum hemor -rhage and urinary retention , and to elevate obstetrical nursing quality .Method：100 pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 50 women in each group; the observation group was given with clinical care pathway , while the control group with usual care , and the conditions of postpar-tum hemorrhage and urinary retention of the two groups were compared .Result：The blood loss volumes in 2 hours and 24 hours after childbirth in the women of the observation group were both lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）;and the incidences of postpartum hemorrhage and urinary retention in the women of the observation group were both lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： Clinical care path-way can effectively prevent from the occurrences of postpartum hemorrhage and urinary retention , gives the best nursing service to the puerpera , and consequently is worthy of clinical application .
