经乳晕缘小切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床观察

目的：探讨经乳晕缘小切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果及患者满意度。方法：选择符合标准的患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组应用经乳晕缘小切口治疗，对照组采用传统放射状切口治疗，比较二者手术情况及患者满意度。结果：观察组患者手术时间及术中出血量略高于对照组，但差异无显著性（ P＞0．05）。观察组在手术切口长度、切口愈合质量及愈合时间、瘢痕宽度及术后并发症，均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。观察组患者满意率95．00％，明显高于对照组的70．00％，差异存在显著性（ P＜0．05）。结论：经乳晕缘小切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤安全可靠，术后瘢痕不明显，更符合女性对胸部审美的要求。

Clinical Observation on Surgery Through a Minimal Incision Around Areola Mammae in Treatment of Benign Tumor of Mammary Glands

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of surgery through a minimal incision around a-reola mammae on benign tumor of mammary glands and the degree of satisfaction of the patients .Method：80 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group , 40 patients in＆amp;nbsp;each group;the observation group was treated with surgery through a minimal incision around areola mam-mae, while the control group treated with surgery through traditional radiated incisions , and the operative conditions and the degrees of satisfaction of the patients of the two groups were compared .Result：The opera-tive time and intra-operative blood loss in the patients of the observation group was slightly higher than those of the control group, but the differences were statistically insignificant （ P＆gt;0.05）.The operative incision length , incision healing quality and healing time , scar width and postoperative complication in the patients of the observation group were all better than those of the control group , and the differences were statistically sig-nificant （P＆lt;0.05）.The percentage of satisfaction in the patients of the observation group was 95.00%, sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group （70.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05） .Conclusion：Surgery through a minimal incision around areola mammae in treatment of benign tumor of mammary glands is safe and reliable , and causes insignificant postoperative scars , which can better meet the esthetic requirement of the patients .
