芪明颗粒对糖尿病患者血脂的影响

摘    要:目的:研究分析芪明颗粒对糖尿病患者血脂的影响。方法:选取本院收治的90例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将90例患者随机分为对照组(常规糖尿病治疗组)45例和观察组(常规糖尿病治疗加芪明颗粒组)45例,然后将两组治疗前后的血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、C肽及血流变指标进行检测与比较。结果:观察组治疗后6周及12周的血脂水平均好于对照组,血糖、糖化血红蛋白、C肽及血流变指标均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:芪明颗粒可有效控制糖尿病患者的血脂水平,且对于糖尿病患者其他疾病相关指标也发挥着较佳的改善作用。

Influence of Qiming granule on blood lipid of patients with diabetes mellitus

Abstract:Objective: To study and analyze the influence of Qiming granule for the blood lipid of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods.A total of 90 patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group(routine diabetes mellitus treatment group, n=45 cases) and observation group(routine diabetes mellitus treatment and Qiming granule group, n=45 cases), then the blood lipid,blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, C peptide and hemorheology indexes of two groups were before and after the treatment. Results. The blood lipid indexes of observation group at sixth and twelfth week after the treatment were all better than those of control group, blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, C peptide and hemorheology indexes were all lower than those of control group (P all 〈0.05). Conclusion.The Qiming granule can effectively control blood lipid levels of patients with diabetes mellitus, and it also plays an better role in improving other disease related indexes of diabetes mellitus.
