应用表达谱芯片筛选病理性瘢痕组织的差异表达基因

摘    要:目的:采用表达谱芯片对病理性瘢痕组织和正常人皮肤组织进行检测,筛选病理性瘢痕组织的差异表达基因。方法:应用基因表达谱芯片筛选病理性瘢痕组织与正常人皮肤组织的差异表达基因,对差异表达基因数据进行Go和Pathway分析。结果:病理性瘢痕组织与正常人皮肤组织相比,差异表达2倍以上基因5 001个,差异表达5倍以上基因956个,差异表达20倍以上基因144个。结论:病理性瘢痕组织与正常皮肤组织在基因表达上,存在显著差异。病理性瘢痕的发生是由多种基因、多条通路共同参与作用的,基因通路间呈网络样动态连接。

Differential gene expression between the pathological scar tissue and the normal skin

Abstract:Objective: To screen differentially expressed genes of the pathological scar tissue was clone using the gene expression profile chip. Methods. Differentially expressed genes were screened between the pathological scar tissue and the normal skin tissue. Go and pathway for these differentially expressed genes was analyzed to explain the mechanism of scar formation. Results: There were 5 001 up or down-regulated genes in 2-fold DEGs, 956 up or down-regulated genes in 5-fold DEGs, and 114 up or down-regulated genes in 20-fold DEGs. Conclusion: The pathological scar is related to dynamic expression of multiple genes and igene pathways. The multiple genes and pathways interact in network model.
