CKMB、cTnT、cTnI指标变化与急性心肌梗死范围的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探究并分析肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)各指标变化与急性心肌梗死范围相关性分析。方法:选择本院心内科收治的80例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,分别于入院时和治疗后7d测定CKMB、cTnT和cTnI水平。分析CKMB、cTnT、cTnI各指标变化与急性心肌梗死范围相关性分析。结果:治疗后,患者CKMB、cTnI和cTnT均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后患者的心力衰竭、严重心律失常、心绞痛以及休克例次明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);CKMB、cTnT和cTnI与急性心肌梗死梗死范围呈正相关,相关系数r分别为0.936,0.0984和0.994,且存在着明显的界限,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:CKMB、cTnT、CTnI水平在急性心肌梗死中明显升高,并与急性心肌梗死的严重程度密切相关。

Abstract:Objective: To explore and analyze the correlation between changes in creatine kinase isoenzyme (CKMB), cardiac troponin T (cTnT), cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and acute myocardial infarction. Methods. 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital during were enrolled as study objects, and CKMB, cTnT and cTnI levels were detected at admission and 7 days after treatment, correlation between these levels and infarction size were analyzed. Results: After treatment, CKMB, cTnI and cTnT were decreased significantly (P〈0.05). Compared with levels before treatment, incidence of heart failure, arrhythmia, angina pectoris and shock decreased significantly (P〈0.05). CKMB, cTnT and cTnI were positively correlated with infarction size in acute myocardial infarction patients, the correlation coefficient r were 0. 936, 0. 0984 and 0. 994, respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: CKMB, cTnT, CTnI levels were significantly increased in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and these levels were closely correlated with severity of acute myocardial infarction.
