摘    要:造血基质细胞对造血再建有促进作用。我们最近发现,经照射的造血基质细胞作用更强。为了筛选最佳照射剂量并探索其有效机理,特将小鼠全身照射0—25Gy,将其造血基质体外培养富集后,回输给9Gy全身照射的受者后9天,观察到混输正常造血基质细胞组的造血再生明显强于单输骨髓细胞组;混输10Gy照射基质组又明显强于照射的正常基质细胞组。本结论为应用造血基质细胞治疗造血系统难治病开辟了广阔的前景。

Abstract:It is well known that the hemopoietic stromal progenitor cells (CFU-F) play an accelerating role in the restoration of hemopoiesis.The authors recently found that this function of irradiated stromal cells was even more powerful than that of the unirradiated stromal cells.In order to screen out the most powerful stromal cells for enhancing restoration of hemopoiesis from injury, the irradiated stromal cells (irradiation dosage. 0 -25 Gy) after being cultured in vitro and concentrated were retransplanted into the whole body of 9.0 Gy irradiated mice.Nine days after retransplantation,restoration of hemopoiesis was in a more powerful pattern in the experimental group, especially in the 10 Gy group.These results may be a good prospect for retransplantation of stromal cells to be useful in treating the incurable hemopoietic disorders and diseases.
