| 摘 要： | 脑血管痉挛是蛛网膜下腔出血后的常见并发症,其病理生理学机制未完全明确.越来越多的研究表明,自由基在诱发脑血管痉挛中起着十分重要的作用.近年来,有关自由基清除剂防治蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的研究不断增多.文章对多类自由基清除剂在蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛防治中的作用进行了综述.

| Abstract: | Cerebral vasospasm is a common complication after subarachnoid hemorrhage, and its pathophysiological mechanism is poorly understood. A growing body of research suggests that free radicals play an important role in inducing cerebral vasospasm. In recent years, the research about free radical scavengers in the prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage is continuing to increase, This article reviews the roles of many types of free radical scavengers in the prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage. |
