预知子化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究预知子的化学成分。方法通过反复硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和重结晶的方法分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别为常春藤皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅰ),常春藤皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅱ),3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-30-去甲齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论其中化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从本植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从本属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in fruit of Akebia trifoliata.METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and columnchromatography with silica gel and ODS.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico chemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Seven compounds were identified as hederagenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside(Ⅰ),hederagenin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(Ⅱ),3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-hederagenin-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-gluco pyranoside(Ⅲ),3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-hederagenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ),hederagenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅴ),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-30-nor-olean-12,20(29)-dien-28-oic acid O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-gluco pyranosyl ester(Ⅵ),daucosterol(Ⅶ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated from A.trifoliata(Thunb.) Koidz.for the first time and compounds Ⅴ and Ⅵ were isolated from Akebia genus for the first time.
