| 摘 要： | 目的:观察苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗原发性高血压高龄(>80岁)患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法:105例高龄高血压患者随机分为2组,Ⅰ组(n=53)给予苯磺酸氨氯地平5 mg/d;Ⅱ组(n=52)给予吲达帕胺2.5 mg/d,观察8周。结果:治疗后两组收缩压和舒张压均有明显降低,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅰ组的降压幅度略优于Ⅱ组,但两组间疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),苯磺酸氨氯地平片的不良反应少于吲达帕胺片。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗原发性高血压高龄患者安全有效,可作为原发性高血压高龄患者的降压一线用药。
