| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察盐酸氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果 ,并就其作用机理进行探讨。方法 :将咽鼓管咽口非机械阻塞 82例分成对照组 4 0例 (45耳 )和治疗组 4 2例 (49耳 ) ,对照组采用鼓膜穿刺抽液、咽鼓管吹张 ,1%麻黄碱滴鼻及口服抗生素等治疗 ;治疗组上述治疗加服盐酸氨溴索 ,对比观察其疗效。结果 :治疗组疗效优于对照组 ,经 χ2 检验组间差别有显著性意义 (P<0 0 5 )。结论 :盐酸氨溴索具有刺激表面活性物质的分泌 ,降低咽鼓管开放能力 ,对分泌性中耳炎有较好治疗作用

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of Ambroxol hydrochloride to secretory otitis media and explore its functional mechanism.Method:82 cases with secretory otitis media were divided randomly into 2 groups.One group of 40 cases(control group) accepted treatment with auripuncture tympanotomy,blowing open Eustachian tube,1% ephedrine drip and oral antibiotic.Another group of 42 cases(treatment group) accepted additional treatment with oral Ambroxol hydrochloride.Their curative effects were observed and compared.Result:The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride can stimulate the secretion of surface active substance and reduce the possibility of Eustachian tube being infected. |
