摘    要:用三维有限元方法建立腰椎活动节段的力学模型。结果表明,腰椎后伸时椎间盘纤维环和腰椎后部结构的应力水平明显上升,这提示腰椎的过度后伸可能是导致某些腰椎疾患的病因。

Abstract:To study the distribution of stress in lumbar spine, a mechanical model of lumbar motive segment was develo- ped With three-dimensional finite ele- ment system,It was found that in ex- tension, the annulus fibrosus and the posterior element of lumbar vertebrae undertook a much higher level of str- ess than that in flexion (P<0.01). This suggests that hyperextension of lumbar spine may be of etiological significance to some lumbar disorder.
