腓骨及其韧带和踝关节稳定性的力学测评

摘    要:对下肢各运动时象下腓骨负重功能及踝关节稳定性进行了实验研究。观察了小腿骨间膜和胫腓下韧带对腓骨生理功能的作用,并对临床上采用的腓骨下段固定方法进行了力学测评。实验结果显示,生理情况下腓骨负荷的大小与踝关节的位置和加载方向有关.小腿骨间膜将部分载荷从腓骨下段传递到胫骨上段,胫腓下韧带对于腓骨负重和踝关节稳定性均有重要意义。

Abstract:A study has been made of the roleof the fibula in weight bearing and inankle joint stability in ten cadaverlower limbs.The function of theinferior tibiofibular ligament wasexamined and the effects of bonescrew fixation of the distal fibulaassessed.On axial loading of thelower limb,the fibula was found totake 17% of the total applied load,and the lateral malleolus was foundto move distally by 0.96mm morethan medial malleolus.The interos-seous membrane transfers a small partof the load from the distal part ofthe fibula to the proximal part ofthe tibia.The inferior tibiofibularligaments appear to be very import-ant for ankle joint stability and forthe load distribution between thetibia and the fibula.
