电脑验光在招飞体检中的应用

目的　探讨电脑验光在招飞体检中的应用价值。方法　在 3月和 7月份对 30 0名学生 60 0眼进行两次验光检查 ,3月份验光首先将瞳孔充分散大后再行电脑和检影验光 ;7月份验光均在小瞳孔下进行电脑验光。结果　散瞳后电脑验光和检影验光结果相同 ,而小瞳孔下电脑验光和检影验光则存在较大差异。结论　在招飞体检中电脑验光可提高工作效率 ,但只适用首次对视力较差的学生进行筛选 ,对视力达标而屈光在边缘者建议使用检影验光

The usage of computer optometry in the physical examination for recruiting pilots

Objective To investigate the usage value of the physical examination for recruiting pilots.Methods Give optometry examination to 300 students(600 eyes)in March and July.In the optometry of March,firstly have their pupils dilated and then have cimputer and shadow test optometry.Computer optometry was made under small pupils conditions in July.Results The result of the computer optometry and the result of the shadow test optometry were the same after mydriasis,but computer optometry is very different from shadow test optometry under small pupils conditions.Conclusion Computer optometry can increase working efficiency during physical examination for recruiting pilots,but it only applies to students with poor eyesight,we suggest using shadow test optometry to those whose sight reaches a set standard but refration is on the edge.
