6min步行试验评价慢性心力衰竭患者短期给氧的价值

目的探讨6min步行试验对慢性心力衰竭患者短期给氧效果的影响。方法比较30例慢性心力衰竭症状控制期（NYHA心功能Ⅱ～Ⅲ级）患者吸入60％氧气0．5h前后6min步行距离、心率、SaO2和血压。结果在给氧后，6min步行的距离明显提高（318±46）m，（356±58）m，P〈0．01]，其中心功能Ⅲ级患者较Ⅱ级步行距离改善明显。心率和SaO2的差异均无显著性意义。结论短期给氧可提高慢性心力衰竭患者6min步行距离，显著改善患者的心功能和活动耐力。

Six-Minute Walk Test to Assess the Value of Short-term Oxygen Therapy in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To assess immediate effects of short-term oxygen therapy on patients with chronic heart failure by six-minute walk test. Methods Six-minute walk distance, heart rate, arterial oxygen saturation and blood pressure were measured before and after 30 minutes of 60 percent oxygen breathing in 30 patients with chronic heart failure （NYHA class Ⅱ-Ⅲ）. Results Six-minute walk distance increased significantly from （318±46） m before to （356 ± 58） m after oxygen therapy （ P 〈0.01 ）. There was no obvious change in heart rate and arterial oxygen saturation after oxygen therapy. Conclusion Short-term oxygen therapy can significantly improve heart function and exercise tolerance in patients with chronic heart failure.
