中西医结合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选择2010年8月～2011年1月在我院确诊的儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患者60例为研究对象，分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组同时联合中药射干麻黄汤加味进行治疗。观察比较两组的治疗效果及复发率。结果治疗2个疗程后，治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组的总有效率，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。随访6个月，治疗组和对照组分别复发3例、7例，复发率分别为10．0％、23．33％，治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。随访12个月，治疗组和对照组分别复发3例、6例，复发率分别为10．0％、20．03％．治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床治疗效果好，复发率低，安全性好，值得推广和应用。

Clinical observation of integrative medicine treatment of children with cough variant asthma

Objective To investigate clinical effect of integrative medicine treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods Sixty cases patients with cough variant asthma diagnosed in our hospital from August 2010 to Jan- uary 2011 were divided into 30 patients in the treatment group and the control group. Western conventional treatment control group, the treatment group at the same time jointed Chinese medicine shegan ephedra decoction for treatment. Treatment effects and recurrence rate were compared of the two groups. Results After two courses of treatment, the treatment group the total efficiency was significantly more than the total efficiency of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. 6-month followed-up, the treatment group and the control group were three cas- es of recurrence, seven cases, the recurrence rates were 10.0%, 23.33%, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05） . 12-month followed -up, the treat- ment group and the control group were three cases of recurrence, seven cases, the recurrence rates were 10.0%, 20.0%, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was sig- nificant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrative treatment of children with cough variant asthma clinical outcomes, the re- currence rate is low, security is good, worthy of promotion and application.
