保留Oddi括约肌微创治疗胆管结石的疗效分析

目的探讨完整保留Oddi括约肌微创治疗胆管结石病的临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院2004年1月～2010年12月收治的胆管结石患者156例的临床资料。根据是否保留Oddi括约肌分为观察组80例和对照组76例，对结果进行统计学分析。结果两组患者的手术成功率、带管时间、术后住院时间、术后近期并发症相比较，差异无统计学意义（P〈0．05）。与对照组比较，观察组患者的胆管结石复发和反流性胆管炎发生率低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论保留Oddi括约肌在胆管结石病患者的微创治疗中具有非常重要的意义。

A analysis on reserve intact Oddi sphincter and minimally invasive treatment of bile duct stones patients

Objective To research inreserve intact Oddi sphincter and minimally invasive treatment of bile duct stones Patient Patients. Methods The clinical data of 156 patients of our hospital underwent bile duct stones were retrospectively analyzed from January 2004 to December 2010. They were separated two groups by whether to retain Oddi sphincter, 80 patients was the observer Group, and 76 patients were the control group, the results was statistical analysis. Results Surgical success rate, time of hospital stay, postoperative complications in two groups was not statistically significant. The postoperative recurrence and reflux of bile duct stones incidence of eholangitis in the observer group was significantly lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Retaining the sphincter of Oddi in the minimally invasive treatment of patients with bile duct stones has very important significance.
