依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

目的观察依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法收集我院2009年6月～2012年6月住院治疗的70例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料，将70例急性脑梗死分为观察组和对照组各35例。观察组采用依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗；对照组仅采用依达拉奉。观察对比两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）的变化及两组患者治疗2周后的疗效。结果观察组与对照组治疗前的NIHSS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗2周后，两组的NIHSS评分均显著降低，且观察组的NIHSS评分较对照组变化显著，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组与对照组治疗2周后的总有效率分别为91.4％、77．1％，其中对照组1例死亡，观察组无一例死亡，观察组基本治愈、显著进步、进步的例数均明显多于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死效果确切，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of edaravone joint xueshuantong treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe effect of edaravone combined Xueshuantong treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Selected 70 cases in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 hospitalization clinical data of patients with acute cerebral infarction, 70 cases of acute cerebral infarction divided into observation group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. Control group edaravone observation group was the edaravone Stock Xueshuantong of treatment;Neurologic deficit score （NIHSS） score and 2 groups of patients in the two groups were observed and compared efficacy after two weeks of treatment. Results NIHSS score in the observation group and control group before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. After two weeks of treatment, the observation group and the control group of neurological deficit score NIHSS score was significantly reduced, and the observation group of neurological deficit scores significantly compared to the changes in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Observation group and the control group therapy two weeks after the total efficiency, respectively, to 91.4%, 77.1%, of which the control group 1 Li died, the observation group no one case of death, which observed set of basic cure, significant progress, the progress of the cases the number were significantly more in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The exact effect the edaravone Stock Xueshuantong of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction worthy of clinical application.
