300例社区中老年高血压患者的中医体质辨识与分析

目的了解社区中老年高血压患者的中医体质分布特点，为高血压中医预防保健方案提供依据。方法根据王琦教授的中医体质分型理论，将人的体质分为平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质、特禀质9种类型，据此对样本社区300例中老年高血压患者进行体质辨识分型。结果各型体质分布差异较大，其中阴虚质和痰湿质比例最高，分别占35．33％、31．67％。结论上述两种体质可能对社区高血压病的形成和发展具有某种内在相关性。临床可针对患者不同中医体质类型，制定相应的中医预防保健干预方案，提高社区高血压管理的有效性。

Analysis of TCM constitution identification in 300 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in the community

Objective To analyze the formation of characteristics of TCM body constitution of elderly patients with hypertension in the community and provide basis for the TCM preventive health programs of hypertension. Methods According to the theory of TCM constitution differentiation, designed by WANG Qi, body constitution is divided into nine kinds, Balanced Constitution, Qi-deficient Constitution, Yang deficient Constitution, Yin-deficient Constitution, Phlegm-dampness Constitution, Damp-heat Constitution, Stagnant Blood Constitution, Stagnant Qi Constitution, and Inherited Special Constitution. Evaluate body constitution in 300 cases of elderly patients with hypertension from this theory. Results The distribution of nine kinds of body constitutions is obviously different. The top two body constitutions were Yin-deficient Constit- ution and Phlegm-dampness Constitution, which counted for 35.33%,31.67%. Conclusion Yin-deficient Constitution and Phlegm-dampness Constitution may be associated with the formation and development of hypertension patients in community. The clinical will aim at different kinds of TCM body constitution to make TCM preventive health programs, so as to improve the effectiveness of health management for hypertension patients in community.
