银杏达莫治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病60例疗效观察

目的观察银杏达莫在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者治疗中的效果。方法将122例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为对照组62例：采用抗炎、平喘、止咳、化痰等常规治疗;治疗组60例：在常规治疗基础上加用银杏达莫。观察两组患者临床疗效及临床有效率。结果治疗组临床显效率为76．67％,总有效率96．67％．对照组临床显效率为48．39％,总有效率91．94％,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者常规治疗基础上加用银杏达莫,可有效地改善肺循环,改善肺通气功能障碍,改善肺组织弹性阻力及小气道阻力的动态肺顺应性,提高临床疗效。

Observation of yinxingdamo on the treatment of 60 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To observe Yinxingdamo injection in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in the period effect. Methods A total of 122 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group of 62 cases, with anti-inflammatory, asthma, cough, phlegm and other conventional treatment, the treatment group of 60 cases, on the basis of conventional therapy plus ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole. The markedly effective, effective, ineffective judgment standard of two groups were observed in patients with clinical efficacy and clinical cure rate, efficiency. Results In the treatment group, the clinical cure rate was 76.67%, total efficiency 96.67%, control group, clinical cure efficiency of 48.39%, total efficiency of 91.94%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （/9 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The conventional therapy patients with Yinxingdamo on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, can effectively improve pulmonary circulation, improve the pulmonary ventilation function, improve the dynamic pulmonary resistance lung tissue elasticity and small airway resistance compliance, improve the clinical efficacy
