加味二陈汤对小儿排痰功能障碍治疗的效果分析

目的分析加味二陈汤对小儿排痰功能障碍治疗的效果。方法选取2011年2月～2012年2月到衢州市柯城区人民医院进行治疗的具有排痰功能障碍的患儿108例，并进行随机编号，单数号分为实验组．双数号分为对照组。对照组患儿予常规治疗，即给予羧甲司坦口服液，其中1～3岁患儿每次给予5mL；4～7岁患儿每次给予10mL；8—12岁患儿每次给予15mL；所有患儿都是每天服用3次。实验组在对照组的基础上给予加味二陈汤，即炙甘草、茯苓、半夏和陈皮等药物，早晚各1次，每天2次实验组的患儿。结果实验组的总有效率90．74％，对照组的总有效率53．70％。两组患儿的效果比较存在差异性（P〈0．01）；在治疗时间上实验组比对照组短，差异有统计学意义。结论加味二陈汤对小儿排痰功能障碍的治疗效果显著，具有广大的应用前景。

Effect analysis of Supplemented Erchen Decoction on treating pediatric phlegm dysfunction

Objective To analyze the effects of Supplemented Erchen Decoction on treating pediatric phlegm dysfunction. Methods Selected 108 cases of pediatric patients with phlegm dysfunction admitted in Kecheng district people＇s hospital of quzhou city from February 2011 to February 2011, and diveded them into two groups randomly.The control group were treated by carbocisteine oral solution as conventional therapy, the 1 to 3 years old children were given 5 mL, the 4 to 7 years old children were given 10 mL, the 8 to 12 years old children were given 15 mL,3 times a day. The experimental group was treated by Supplemented Erchen Decoction on the basis of carbocisteine oral solution, 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 90.74%, while the control group was 53.70%,there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）; The recovery time of experimental group was shorter than the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Supplemented erchen decoction has satisfactory effect on treating pediatric phlegm dysfunction, and it has broad application prospects.
