健康教育提高社区2型糖尿病患者生存质量效果的研究

目的探讨社区2型糖尿病患者实施健康教育后对其生存质量的影响。方法本研究中选取2型糖尿病患者235例作为研究对象给予健康教育，采用一般资料问卷及DSQL量表对教育前后患者的生存质量进行调查并对差异进行比较分析。结果健康教育后，患者的总评分、生理维度、心理维度及治疗维度得分均显著降低，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。糖尿病患者的生存质量水平较低的比例明显降低，而生存质量水平较高的比例明显提高，与健康教育前比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于社区2型糖尿病患者实施健康教育能够显著改善患者的生存质量。应提高社区糖尿病患者对健康教育的重视程度。

Study of the effect on the quality of life in community patients with type 2 diabetes given the health education

Objective To investigate the implementation of health education affect Community in patients with type 2 diabetes quality of life. Methods Selected 235 cases of type 2 diabetes, they were given health education, we used the general information questionnaire and DSQL scale to survey the patient＇s quality of life before and after the education and compare their differences. Results After health education,the total score of the patients,physical dimensions, psychological dimensions and treatment dimension scores were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The proportion of diabetic patients with lower levels of quality of life was significantly reduced, and the proportion of a higher quality of life level was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of health education for the community type 2 diabetes can significantly improve the patient＇s quality of life, should increase the emphasis of the diabetic patients in community health education.
