小儿过敏性哮喘的特异性免疫治疗

目的探讨特异性免疫治疗对小儿过敏性哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月～2012年1月我院收治经应变原皮试检测结果为阳性的哮喘患者128例为研究对象,随机将患儿分为常规对症用药治疗(对照组)64例以及特异性免疫治疗(观察组)64例,对比分析两组患儿临床治疗效果,分别于治疗后第1个月、第6个月、第12个月对患者应用QOL生活质量评分,观察治疗前后两组患者QOL生活质量评分的差异。结果观察组患者临床总有效率、复发率分别为92.19%、6.25%,对照组患者临床总有效率、复发率分别为75%、21.87%,两组患者临床治愈率、总有效率、复发率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后QOL生活质量评分得到改善,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组患者治疗后QOL生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对过敏性哮喘患儿应用特异性免疫治疗能有效改善患儿血清细胞因子水平,临床治疗效果显著,复发率低,安全可靠,值得临床应用。

Specific immunotherapy of children with allergic asthma

Objective To investigate the specific immunotherapy in children with allergic asthma clinical outcomes. Methods All of 128 case of children with specific immunotherapy were selected for the study from January 2011 to January 2012. They were divided into 64 cases of conventional the symptomatic medication therapy （control group） and 64 cases of specific immunotherapy （study group）. All the patients were treated with the the patients QOL quality of life score after 1 month, 6 months, 12 months, and the QOL scores of life between the two groups of before and after treatment were completed. Results The total efficiency and recurrence rates of clinical group were 92.19% and 6.25%, The total effective rate and recurrence rates of control group were 75% and 21.87%. The clinical cure rate, the total efficiency, the recurrence rate of two groups of patients was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, QOL quality of life score improved, compared with that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, the observation group patients QOL quality of life scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of specific immunotherapy in children with allergic asthma can ef- fectively improve the levels of serum cytokine levels, improve lung function in children with significant clinical effect, the recurrence rate is low, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
