甲泼尼龙治疗重症支原体肺炎的临床观察

目的观察甲泼尼龙治疗重症支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月-2012年11月收治的重症支原体肺炎患儿48例，随机分为观察组与对照组各24例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用甲泼尼龙治疗．观察治疗效果。结果观察组肺部阴影消失时间、湿哕音消失时间及体温恢复时间明显低于（短于）对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；通过3个疗程治疗，观察组治疗总有效率为100％，对照组为75％，两组治疗总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（X^2=4．76，P〈0．05）。结论甲泼尼龙治疗重症支原体肺炎，可快速缓解临床症状，提高机体自身防御能力，提高治疗疗效，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of methylprednisolone in treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of methylpredhisolone in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods All 48 patients with severe mycoplasma pneumonia who hospitalized in our hospital, from 2011 January to 2012 November were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 24 cases in each group. All patients were given conventional treatment. On the basis, the treatment group was given methylprednisol.one. The clinical curative effect tWO groups were observed. Results The Pulmonary shadow disappearance time, wet rales disappearing time and the temperature recovery time in observation group was significantly lower （shorter） than the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. After 3 course treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 100%, 75% in the control group. The difference of total effective rate in two groups was statistical significance （X^2=4.76, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Methylprednisolone in treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia can rapidly relieve clinical symptoms, improve the body＇s own defenses, improve curative effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
