Foxp3-924（rs2232365）基因多态性与成人牙周炎的关系初步探讨

目的对牙周炎患者行Foxp3-924（rs2232365）基因分型，探讨Foxp3-924（rs2232365）基因与牙周炎遗传易感的相关性。方法应用PCR-SSP技术为50例无亲缘关系的牙周炎患者和103名无血缘关系的健康汉族人行Foxp3-924（rs2232365）基因分型。结果Foxp3-924（rs2232365）位点AA、GA、GG三种基因型频率在牙周炎患者中分别为24．0％（12／50）、34．0％（17／50）和42．0％（21／50）；而正常对照组分别为23．3％（24／103）、28．2％（29／103）和48．5％（50／103），Foxp3-924（rs2232365）位点A、G等基因频率在牙周炎患者中分别为41．0％和59．0％，正常对照组分别为37．38％和62．62％，Foxp3-924位点各基因型和等位基因在牙周炎患者和正常对照组中元统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论Foxp3-924（rs2232365）基因多态性与牙周炎无显著相关。

Study on Foxp3-924 polymorphisms in patients with periodontitis

Objective To investigate the distribution of Foxp3-924 （rs2232365）genes in a Guangdong population and to explore the association of these genes with periodontitis. Methods A total of 103 unrelated healthy individuals of Han nationality and 50 patients with periodontitis who were from the same geographic region were enrolled in the study. The Foxp3-924 （rs2232365） was genotyped by PCR-SSP technique. Results The Foxp3-924 （rs2232365） loci AA, GA, GG genotype frequency in periodontitis patients were 24.0% （12/50）, 34.0% （17/50） and 42.0% （21/50）;respec- tively, normal control group were 23.3% （24/103）, 28.2% （29/103） and 48.5% （50/103）; the Foxp3-924 （rs2232365） loci A, G gene frequency in patients with periodontitis were 41.0% and 59.0%, respectively, the normal control group were 37.38% and 62.62% ;There was no significant difference in each allele between periodontitis group and control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Foxp3-924 （rs2232365） is not associated with periodontitis.
