彩色多普勒超声诊断急性主动脉夹层的临床价值

目的评价彩色多普勒超声在急性主动脉夹层中的诊断价值。方法分析彩色多普勒超声诊断为急性主动脉夹层的22例患者的超声心动图资料。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断急性主动脉夹层22例，误诊1例（占4．55％），确诊的21例患者中I型15例，Ⅱ型1例，Ⅲ型5例，全部显示真腔和假腔及撕裂的内膜回声，超声检出内膜破1：34例，21例中合并主动脉瓣中量反流以上9例，合并心包积液8例。结论彩色多普勒超声在急性主动脉夹层中有较高的诊断价值，可快速准确对其分型，为临床选择治疗方式及手术方案提供重要依据。

The value of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acute aortic dissection

Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing acute aortic dissection. Methods The records were analyzed in 22 patients with aortic dissection by color Doppler ultrasound. Results 22 patients with aortic dissection were diagnosed patients who were accurately diagnosed, type by color Doppler ultrasound,but 1 patient was misdiagnosed. Among 21 I was in 15 patients, type II in 1 patients and type IIl in 5 patients. The true lumen, false lumen and peel of inner membrane were showed in all patients and the location of entry tear was detected in 4 patients. Aortic regurgitation was more than moderate in 9 patients and there were 8 patients with pericardial effusion. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is beneficial to diagnose acute aortic dissection. It can assist in diagnosis of modified classification of aortic dissection quickly and accurately,which provides the basis for the selection of treatment methods and surgical plans.
