急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障不同治疗方式能疗效比较

目的探讨研究使用不同的治疗方式治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的68例76眼急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的临床资料，分成观察组（40眼）和对照组（36眼），观察组采用白内障超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术进行治疗，对照组采用青光眼白内障联合手术治疗。结果观察组在治疗后眼压及眼房角开放程度均显著小于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组的中央前房深显著性高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组在治疗完成后睫状体脉络膜脱离和前房炎症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论采用白内障超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障临床疗效好，且并发症相对较少，值得临床进行推广，并进一步深入研究。

Clinical observation on two surgical treatments of angle-closure gaucoma and cataract

Objective To integrative clinical efficacy of two surgical treatments of angle-closure glaucoma and cataract. Methods All of 68 patients（76 eyes）with this disease were divided into observed group（40 eyes） and control group （36 eyes）, patients in observed group received the treatment of cataract phacoemulsification removement combined with goniosynechialysis, while others received the treatment of glaucoma cataract combined surgery. Results After the treatment, the intraocular pressure, the eye corner opening degree and the central anterior chamber depth in observed group were significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The central anterior chamber depth in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The happening of ciliochoroidal detachment and anterior chamber inflammation in observed group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of cataract phacoemulsification removement combined with goniosyneehialysis has better clinical efficacy and less complication.
