血浆同型半胱氨酸与腔隙性脑梗死再发的关系

目的研究血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与腔隙性脑梗死再发的关系。方法纳人经头颅CT或MRI确诊的腔隙性脑梗死患者139例，分为腔隙性脑梗死初发组61例和再发组78例，选取同期住院非缺血性脑卒中患者56例为对照组，比较血浆Hcy水平。结果腔隙性脑梗死再发组与初发组血清Hcy水平两组比较无明显差异（P〉0．05），分别与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血浆Hcy水平升高与腔隙性脑梗死再发密切相关。

The correlation between serum homocysteine level and the recurrence of cerebral lacunar infarction

Objective To explore the association of serum homocysteine （Hey） level and the recurrence of cerebral la- cunar infarction. Methods Collecting 139 cerebral lacunar infarction patients classified as the onset group（n = 61 ） and the recurrence group（n = 78） that diagnosed by head CT or MRI. Meanwhile,selecting 56 hospitalized patients at the same period with non-ischemic stroke as control group, to compare the levels of serum Hcy of them. Results About the serum Hcy level, here is no statistical significance between the lacunar infarction recurrence group and the onset group（P 〉 0.05 ）. To compared with the control group respectively,the serum Hey levels of the two groups than the control group,with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The serum Hcy levels is closely correlated with the recurrent cerebral lacunar infarction.
