曼吉磁贴联合西药治疗肠易激综合征的临床研究

目的探讨曼吉磁贴联合西药治疗肠易激性综合征（IBS）的临床效果。方法选取2010年3月～2012年12月前来本院就诊的125例IBS患者为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组65例和对照组60例，观察组应用曼吉磁贴联合阿米替林进行治疗，对照组应用阿米替林进行治疗，两组患者服药期问均对其进行心理辅导，观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.38％，对照组总有效率为76．67％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；分别于患者治疗前后对患者进行BSS症状评分，观察组患者治疗前以及治疗后第1周与对照组相比无统计学意义（P〉0．05），观察组治疗后第2周后BSS积分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率为1．54％，对照组患者不良反应发生率为8．33％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对IBS患者应用曼吉磁贴联合西药治疗效果显著，患者能在短期内缓解IBS症状，且安全可靠，值得在临床上应用。

The Manji magnetic combined with western medicine in treating IBS clinical research

Objective To investigate the Manji magnet combined with Western medicine treatment of irritability syndrome （IBS）clinical effects. Methods All of 125 patients with IBS were chosen for the study from March 2010 to December 2012. The patients were divided into 65 cases of observation group and 60 cases of the control group, the observation group were treated with the Manji magnetic stickers joint amitriptyline and the control group were treated with amitriptyline treatment, the two groups of patients with medication during their psychological counseling, clinical treatment effects were observed. Results The patients total effective rate was 95.38%, the control group patients total effective rate was 76.67%, the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients were scored ＇with BBS integral observation,Two groups were compared, The BBS integral observation was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05） before treating. It was significantly lower than the control group after treating two week （P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reaction rate of observation group was 1.54% ,and the adverse reaction rate of control group patients was 8.33%,The two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion IBS patients Manji magnet combined with Western medicine treatment is safe and reliable as well as a significant effect
