骶管和硬膜外给药对曲安奈德复合液治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效影响

目的探讨骶管和硬膜外给药对曲安奈德复合液治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效影响。方法选取我院2011年8月～2012年8月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例，将其依照注药方式不同分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组患者采取骶管阻滞注射曲安奈德进行治疗，对照组患者采用硬膜外阻滞注射曲安奈德进行治疗。观察并记录患者治疗前后病情及体征变化，并将其进行对比及统计学分析。结果观察组总有效率为94．0％，对照组总有效率为90．0％，观察组与对照组疗效无明显差异（P〉0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率及一次穿刺成功率分别为4．0％、84．0％，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（30．0％），一次穿刺成功率较对照组高（66．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论骶管穿刺注射曲安奈德治疗腰椎间盘突出症保证疗效同时极大地降低不良反应发生率，有效减轻了腰椎间盘突出患者的痛苦，具有广泛应用前景。

Sacral canal and epidural administration of Cu Ann Ned effect of com- pound liquid in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To explore the sacral canal and epidural administration of Cu Ann Ned effect of compound liq- uid in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From 2011 August to 2012 August, 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each group. The observation group patients with sacral block injection Cu Ann Ned treatment, the control group were treated by epidural injection for treatment of Cu Ann Ned. Observe and record the change of state of illness and signs of the patients before and after treatment, and the comparative analysis and statistics. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.0%, the total effective rate of the control group was 90.0%, the observation group and the control group patients had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）, the observation group the incidence of adverse reactions and the success rate of first puncture were 4.0%, 84.0%, which had significant difference compared with the control group. Conclussion The sacral effect and greatly reduce the incidence of adverse reaction by injection of Cu Ann Ned in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, reduce lumbar disc herniation pain, has the widespread application prospect.
