安全目标管理在降低产科护理不良事件中的应用效果研究

目的探讨安全目标管理模式在产科患者中的应用及效果。方法随机选择2010年9月。2012年10月我院产科收治的126例患者为研究对象．根据有无开展安全目标管理分为常规护理组和护理干预组。常规护理组患者仅给予住院诊疗常规护理．而护理干预组患者则给予安全目标管理模式指导下的护理措施，比较两组患者产科护理不良事件发生率。结果护理干预组患者不良事件发生率明显低于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论安全目标管理理念指导下的护理干预措施能够明显减少产科不良事件发生率，提高护理质量水平。值得进一步推广。

The application and effect of safety management by objectives in obstetrics nursing adverse events

Objective To explore the application and effect of safety target management model in obstetric patients. Methods A total of 126 patients were selected from September 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital, and were randomly divided into routine nursing group and nursing intervention group as the research object, according to whether to carry out safety management by objectives, routine nursing group were only given routine treatment and nursing in hospital, nursing intervention group patients were given nursing safety management mode the two groups , the incidence of obstetric nursing adverse events were compared. Results Nursing intervention was significantly lower than the patients with routine nursing group group of patients with adverse events, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention measures to guide the safety target management concept can significantly reduce the incidence of obstetric adverse events, improve nursing quality, worthy of further promotion.
