| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纤维鼻咽喉镜在鼻腔鼻窦术后康复中的应用效果。方法对2007年1月～2012年1月在我院行鼻内窥镜下鼻腔鼻窦手术的1140例患者术后应用纤维鼻咽喉镜及鼻内窥镜进行康复治疗。结果两组患者术后康复有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05），前者有效率达96．5％，后者有效率93．0％。结论纤维鼻咽喉镜在鼻腔鼻窦术后康复治疗中更加方便有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical application of fibrolaryngoscope in the recovery after a nasal sinus surgery. Methods A total of 1140 cases were divided into 2 groups, one group was treated with fibrolaryngoscope after surgery, the other group was treated with endoscope. Results The effective rate of recovery between two groups is very different, the effective rate of the former group was 96.5%, the effective rate of the latter group was 93.0%. Conclusion Fibrolaryngoscope is more effective than endoscope in the recovery after a nasal sinus surgery. |
