上虞市2300例宫颈癌筛查诊断结果分析

目的探讨改良巴氏涂片法在宫颈癌筛查中的作用。方法对上虞市2 300例年龄35-64岁的农村妇女进行采用以一次性宫颈采样拭取材方式的改良巴氏涂片法且应用TBS诊断报告模式,并全程质量控制。结果2 300例宫颈癌筛查者中,细胞学异常210例并全部进行阴道镜检查,109例阴道镜活检标本中,组织学诊断除炎症外异常病例数共计25例,其中,CINⅠ5例、CINⅡ8例、CINⅢ11例、早期浸润性鳞癌1例。结论采用以一次性宫颈采样拭取材方式的改良巴氏涂片法并结合全程质量控制不失为宫颈癌筛查的良好方法。

The results analysis of cervical cancer screening in 2300 women of Shangyu city

Objective To study the role of improved PAP smear examination in cervical cancer screening. Methods A total of 2 300 Shangyu rural women who received cervical cancer screening were contained into this study. All the women aged from 35-year-old to 64-year-old. We took samples by disposable cervical sampling brush and made smears used the modified Pap smear examination. The Besthesda Systerm （TBS） was used to make diagnosis. Results In all the 2 300 women,210 cases were found existing cytological abnormalities. All the 210 women were evaluated with colposeopy and 109 women from them were evaluated with biopsy. In the 109 eolposeopy biopsy specimens, 5 cases were diagnosed as CIN Ⅰ , 8 cases were diagnosed as CIN Ⅱ , 11 cases were diagnosed as CIN Ⅲ and 1 cases was diagnosed as＇early invasive carcinoma. Above all, there were total 25 abnormal cases besides eervieitis. Conclusion By now ,the modified PAP smear examination with strict quality control is a good method for cervical cancer screening.
