IL-10启动子基因在云南傣族、哈尼族人群中的遗传多态性

目的 分析云南省西双版纳地区傣族和哈尼族人群IL-10启动子基因多态性的分布情况.方法 运用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱技术检测傣族和哈尼族人群IL-10启动子rs1800871和rs 1800896位点基因型及等位基因频率.结果 傣族与哈尼族人群rs1800871和rs1800896位点基因型与等位基因分布频率显著不同,差异有统计学意义(rs1800871:x2分别为7.023和7.373,P分别为0.030和0.007; rs 1800896:x2分别为6.184和5.870,P分别为0.013和0.015).结论 IL-10启动子rs1800871和rs1800896多态性位点基因型和等位基因分布频率具有民族、种族差异.

IL-IO promoter polymorphism between Dai and Hani minority population in Yunnan province

Objective To investigate the distribution of IL-10 promoter polymorphism between Dai and Hani minority population in Xishuangbanna district ,Yunnan province. Methods Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry were used to study the genotypes and allele frequencies distributions of IL-10 promoter polymorphism in Dai and Hani minority population. Results The genotype and allele frequencies of rs1800871 and rs1800896 polymorphisms has statistical difference between Dai and Hani minority population （rs1800871： the X^2 were 7.023 and 7.373, Pwere 0.030 and 0.007 respectively;rs1800896：The X^2 were 6.184 and 5.870, P were 0.013 and 0.015 respectively. Conclusion The genotypes and allele frequencies distribution of IL-10 promoter gene in rs1800871 and rs1800896 polymorphism were different in different national and ethnic populations.
