Hs-CRP与心脑血管病病情及预后关系的研究

目的 探讨高敏感C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)与心脑血管疾病的病情及预后关系.方法 将212例心脑血管疾病患者分组测定其Hs-CRP水平,并随访以明确预后.结果 心脑血管病患者的体内Hs-CRP水平明显高于普通对照组(P＜0.05);急性期Hs-CRP迅速升高,并随病程延长逐渐降低.且不同血管内膜损伤程度引起的Hs-CRP升高幅度有差异;随访发现Hs-CRP水平越高发生心脑血管事件的可能性越大.结论 Hs-CRP是心脑血管事件的独立危险因子,其对心脑血管事件的预防、诊断、预后判断等方面有重要价值.

Study on the relationship between Hs-CRP and condition and prognosis of cardiocerebrovascular diseases

Objective To study the relationship between Hs-CRP and condition and prognosis of cardio-cerebrovas- cular disease. Methods A total of 212 cases of cardio-cerebrovascular disease were divided into different groups and the Hs-CRP level of two groups were determinated. The patients were all followed up to determine prognosis. Results The Hs-CRP level of patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease were significantly higher than the normal control group （P 〈 0.05）. In the acute stage of the disease, the Hs-CRP level increased quickly, and decreased gradually with the course. And different vascular intimal damage caused different extent of increase of the Hs-CRP level. Follow-up study found that the occurrence possibility of cardiovascular events increased with elevated level of Hs-CRP. Conclusion Hs-CRP is independent risk factors of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, and offer prognostic and predictable advantages.
