阿奇霉素序贯治疗肺炎支原体感染疗效分析

目的探讨阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗肺炎支原体感染的临床疗效。方法将78例支原体感染患者分为观察组与对照组，观察组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗，对照组按常规应用阿奇霉素静脉滴注，比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结桌两组患者总有效率分别为90．4％和92.3％，无明显差异（P〉0．05）；与对照组相比，观察组药物不良反应发生率低（P〈0．05）。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗MP感染安全有效。

Effects of Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective To evaluate the effects of Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods All of 78 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into observation group and the control group. The observation group were given Azithromycin sequential therapy, The control group were given intravenous azithromycin. The curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated. Results The overall efficacy rates of observation group and control group were 90.4% and 92.3% respectively （P 〉 0.05 ）. But the adverse reactions of observation group was oviously lower than those of control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Azithromyein sequential therapy is safe and effective for the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia.
